The First Trailer

This is my "Other Trailer"
It is a Menard's 48x48 trailer - I narrowed it 16" to fit the
24x24x60" box
The box came from Home Depot - they have "Silver" and a Black
Black would not be good in the summer.... (IMHO)
Website Specs:
following is the URL - may/may not work...
http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&productId=100598352&N=10000003+90401
The lights are now LED's and I added 2 yellows for turn
signals
The two Black 'strips' on the top are angles with all the holes in them
for making workbenches, etc. painted black.
It weighs 115# Empty
The cans on the fenders are 2.5 gal gas cans..
This Spring I will probably extend the toung about 24" in order to put
on a cooler
This is to try to get a lower profile then having the coolers on the top cause I DRIVE this thing...
The cooler as pictured IS in the airstream...
We have had 3 coolers on top..
One to cool and one for dry goods and one - two for "personal items"
Inside Trailer I haul too much:
Tent (4 "man" - is comfy for 2 adults)
2 air mattresses, 2 sleeping bags
2 burner Colman stove, cooking things
and some misc.
Yes - it is 16 cu ft but like space, THINGS expand to fill all
available space
and much sooner then expected....
Ya got to plan BIG and pack SMALL....
